David Erickson was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL helping me find a new car. I came in never having bought a car before and I told him what I could afford and he was super honest with me about what he thinks is my best option. He showed me two cars and we both noticed that the first one had damage that wasn’t reported on the auto check so he showed me a different car instead. Really a nice guy and genuinely wants to help you!! Thank you David!!!!! :) UPDATE 11/11/2024 - the car I bought from here was in a horrible accident and got totaled in March. I needed a new car for the winter months. I came back here and got help from David again. He was just as lovely and phenomenal and even remembered me after 4 years. Because of him I was able to walk out with a 2019 RAV4 XLE with low mileage and all the bells and whistles along with a very manageable car payment. Marcus A. and Steve worked their magic to help me get my car after facing some unforeseen hiccups since I was from out of state. Both guys are down to earth and super friendly. Marcus was knowledgeable about my cars engine and educated me on Audi/Subaru quattro/symmetrical drives. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I've had consistently good experiences with Parkway Auto. The online inventory is very easy to look through, with proper disclosure of the vehicle's condition. The price online is what you'll get in person, being competitively around market average or lower. 4 years ago, my father bought a moderately high milage BMW in cash from here, which still runs well today. Recently I went in with my Girlfriend to see some low-mileage financing options, and left with a Ford Hybrid. Salesman Marcus was a good balance of assisting us to know our options, without any unwanted pressure. While financing was being worked on for us, they did the amazing courtesy of letting us take it home on an extended test-drive over the weekend. Good ethics, cars exactly as discribed, and friendly staff that works to earn your business. Would definitely recommend. 👍

Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my car at Parkway Auto Center. When I bought the car, I noticed soon after that the touchscreen was "ghost touching." When I called Shayne, the manager, he was very responsive and helpful, and he worked with me in installing a new touchscreen. We decided to split the cost for the touchscreen, which I felt was fair (considering I had already bought the car). They understood that it wasn't completely right to sell a car with a faulty touchscreen and were very professional in handling the situation. Overall, I am happy with my experience and I recommend Parkway Auto Center.

Wow what a great experence. I wish every dealership in the world went hear for training. I told the what I could do and they did not try and get me to do more. They understood my situation and made it work. There was no pressure or cohesion. Just good service and a easy day. Go hear first if you want a used car. The trade in price I got for the car was more hear than any other place offered. Also the car I got was in really good shape for the mileage and moreover well priced for the mileage. I felt like it was a win win.... have you ever felt that way at a dealership? Give them a chance at your business and you won't be sorry. I mean come on, have you ever wanted to write a good review after getting a car at a dealership. I'm in shock im hear doing it. Ask for nate if you want the experence I did. Just tell them what you want and and see if they can do it. Come hear for a stright forward experience and walk away happy. Also after you sign the paperwork put your hand out and shake there's. It felt like a real deal was struck.
