This was such a quick & easy experience, I almost can't believe it! These guys picked me up at my house, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and I drove home shortly after! They easily worked with no credit, and had much nicer cars to offer in their first time buyer program than other lots. We had a really good experience working with Nate at Parkway Auto Center. He was responsive, straightforward, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We were looking at several different vehicles and wanted to be careful about finding something reliable, and Nate was patient with all of our questions and helped coordinate multiple inspections while we narrowed things down. What I appreciated most was that he was transparent about the condition of the vehicles and kept working with us when inspection items came up. He helped arrange repairs, kept us updated, and made the process much easier than car shopping usually is. We ultimately purchased a Toyota Venza, and Nate continued helping afterward with the remaining items that needed to be addressed. He clearly cares about his customers and about making sure they are comfortable with the purchase. I would definitely recommend asking for Nate if you are shopping at Parkway Auto Center.
