What I appreciated most was that he was transparent about the condition of the vehicles and kept working with us when inspection items came up. He helped arrange repairs, kept us updated, and made the process much easier than car shopping usually is. We ultimately purchased a Toyota Venza, and Nate continued helping afterward with the remaining items that needed to be addressed. Very friendly staff and easy to take a test drive of the vehicle of interest. Proceeded to purchase with very little haggling and minimum paperwork. Dealer a little stingy with the gasoline - had to stop 55 miles into my 170 mile drive home to add fuel. But everything was good on the drive home otherwise. No issues with mechanical or electrical systems so far. A high mileage vehicle with near everything in good condition.
